– The complimentary items listed above are non-cashable and cannot be exchanged for any other items or services.
– The hotel reserves the right to honor the wedding package details as stated on the contract signing date only. Any confirmation of the number of guests after the contract date cannot be reduced below the minimum number specified in the package.
– A deposit of 40% is required in advance to confirm the event. An additional 40% must be paid within one month prior to the event date, and the remaining balance must be settled on the event day.
– In the event of cancellation of the banquet for any reason, the hotel reserves the right to retain all deposits paid, which are non-refundable.
